ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS
This site’s base currency is ZAR (South African Rands).
Prices displayed include door-to-door courier fees. Delivery is made by telephonic arrangement to ensure the recipient is at the delivery address. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
Orders will ship as soon as possible. Batteries can be same day, but Sennheiser and other hearing devices may be shipped within three to four days.
(Please note: Orders that have already been transferred cannot be cancelled.)
PAYMENT
Payment is by EFT. Payments must be done before delivery and proof off payment sent either to info@hearclearly.co.za or faxed to 0443431708.
No goods will be released without full payment of invoice amount.
Returns
If there is a manufacturers defect, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item and repair/replace the item as speedily as possible. The inability to install a product at home does not constitute a defect; telephonic assistance is available. There is not ‘trial period’ for any TV ears.
Warranties
We honor the exact terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. In the case of Sennheiser TV ears the warranty is one year.
Limitations of liability
Hear Clearly Group will not be held responsible for any damage to a product outside of an original manufacturers defect.
